Innovative marketing awarded again at The Village at Wellard

For the second time in as many weeks, The Village at Wellard has received accolades for innovative online marketing, taking home an Australian Marketing Institute WA Award for Marketing Excellence.

The Village at Wellard won the Consumer Insight category, which rewards organisations who have achieved success from innovative marketing practices that demonstrate a thorough understanding of customer behaviour.

The award recognised a search engine marketing campaign, which was undertaken in late 2008 to raise awareness of the estate among homebuyers using the FirstStart Shared Equity Scheme.

It is the 14th award for The Village at Wellard, a joint venture between Peet Limited and the Department of Housing.
