We appreciate that buying a home is a significant investment and want to help you realise your dream. With this in mind, we have created our Flying Start Package*.
This exciting package comprises of:
- a complimentary individual landscape design for your front yard, including a personal consultation with our expert landscape designer, incorporating your choice of plant species from our wide selection;
- plants for your front garden; the number and value of which are determined by the size of your homesite, installed at your new home at the Village at Wellard;
- a front garden reticulation system and
- fencing to all side and rear boundaries of your property.
To be eligble for our Flying Start Package* you home must be completed within 24 months of settlement. You can apply for the Flying Start Package once you have reached practical completion of your home, and approximately one week before the site is ready for fencing and landscaping.
