New builders display village for Wellard

Homebuyers can now have a sneak preview of the Village at Wellard’s second builder’s display village with two new display homes now open to the public.

The new display village will eventually feature 12 new homes on 500sqm blocks. It is located on Ditton Corner, near the Wellard Road entrance to the estate.

Dale Alcock Homes and Homebuyers Centre have opened their new display homes called The Mondo and Capri respectively.

The new homes are open on Mondays and Wednesdays from 2pm to 5pm, Saturdays from 1pm to 5pm, and Sundays from 12pm to 5pm.
